About Us

Our aim is to provide an inviting and enriched environment where your child is free to explore what interests him or her, and to discover what is new to them.

We consider our work a success when we see the bright and happy faces of children coming in to school every morning.

Our team works to create a warm, safe, and comfortable environment where your children will feel at home “away from home”.

The Little English Montessori School welcomes all children from the ages of  2 to 6 years old.

We are the only English Montessori school in Paris.

The school, which opened in 2010, welcomes 25 children from all backgrounds and nationalities.

The class is run by 2 Montessori trained teachers and 1 Montessori trained assistant exclusively in English.

Snack: A small snack is proposed in the morning. This snack is provided by the school and varies between organic fruits and biscuits.

Snacktime is also when children celebrate their birthdays with their classmates.

Lunch: full time students are invited to bring their own lunch box. Meals can be refrigerated and heated at school.

Outing: When the weather permits, a daily outing is organized at a nearby park after lunch. (Square Garibaldi)

Yoga: Our yoga instructor, Maria, comes once a week on Monday afternoons to do yoga with the children. This workshop takes place in small groups.

Workshops: We organise various arts & crafts and cooking workshops all year round.

Afterschool : Our school has chosen not to propose an afterschool program.
The days at school are full and long for such little ones, especially when taking into account that the Montessori activities require a lot of concentration.
We believe that for the children’s well-being,  it is essential for them to have that time to rest and play at home after school. This will allow them to have a well-balanced rhythm in order to fully blossom over the school year.

"One test of the correctness of educational procedure is the happiness of the child."
